Proverb of the Week - Look Before You Leap

Look Before You Leap
(Consider all aspects of a situation before  you take any action)

- You sure are concentrating! What’s so interesting?
- Oh. Hi, Ed. I didn’t hear you come in. I’m thinking of investing in that shopping centre going up near Tiburon Beach, so I was just reading about the proposed shops for the centre.
- If you want my opinion, I think you should look before you leap. That centre is being built on a landfill. Aren’t you wary of the problems of settling, let alone an earthquake?
- Have no fear! I’m considering all the aspects of the situation before I take any action. But from what I’ve read so far, it sounds like a great investment.
